We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to use them for at least 30 days to experience their benefits before considering a return. Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make adjustments. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in our products and want you to experience the full results. Please try your purchase for at least 14 days before requesting a return. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return your items within 60 days of purchase. Please note: any shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package each order to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) where the product remains intact does not qualify as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by e-mailing ralph@replenishair.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will send you a replacement at no cost. Please note: we cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
